While living in China for nearly a decade, our founder Zandie Brockett 张桂才 began to see Asia not as the ‘East’ but, rather, west of her hometown in Los Angeles.

From our origins as a curatorial studio reframing stories about contemporary Asia, West of Here has grown into an agency.
